Senior Counsel - Remote

Overview

iSpot.tv is seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our Legal team as Senior Counsel, supporting our expanding Enterprise and SMB Sales organizations as well as our Marketing and Procurement Departments.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex SaaS Service Agreements and other legal documents.
• Support sales teams on closing deals and provide strategic stewardship during negotiations.
• Collaborate with various teams to close out contract negotiations.
• Ensure contracts meet legal, regulatory, and corporate policy standards.
• Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance issues related to privacy.
• Drive initiatives to modernize legal processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in at least one state bar.
• 7+ years of experience in legal practice, preferably in-house and law firm.
• Expertise in technology and commercial transactions.
