Overview

As a Deal Desk Manager at iSpot.tv, you will lead the Deal Desk Team and support the Go-to-Market teams through deal negotiation strategy, contracting documents, and pricing frameworks during the sales cycle.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day order form creation and deal approval processes.
  • Review and craft contract terms and pricing structures.
  • Partner with GTM to structure complex deals.
  • Advise sales on pricing strategies and approval workflows.
  • Support developing efficient deal processes aligned with company policies.
  • Facilitate all aspects of the deal process from pricing strategy to contract signatures.
  • Streamline Quote-to-Cash processes with Finance and Legal.
  • Provide enablement to GTM teams on deal structuring best practices.
  • Optimize SFDC CPQ for improved deal velocity.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the deal process.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Deal Desk or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience supporting Go-to-Market organizations.
  • Strong understanding of contract structuring and approval processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC CPQ & CRM, Excel, and GSuite.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
