In Short

• Provide broad support for Garner's Legal team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements.
• Collaborate with business functions to provide legal guidance.
• Support compliance with data and privacy-related laws.
• Liaise with external counsel and service providers.
• Manage legal processes and operations.
• Assist with corporate maintenance and board matters.
• 3+ years of legal experience required.
• J.D. from a U.S. law school and state bar admission required.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal roles.
• Experience with commercial agreements is required.
• Data privacy expertise is strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or employee benefits is a plus.
• Ability to understand technical and financial concepts.
• Willingness to support company success actively.
