Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Legal Counsel to join Growthspace.

In Short

• Oversee all legal aspects of the business.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage global commercial legal negotiations.
• Advise management and various stakeholders.
• Create and maintain legal documents and internal policies.
• Oversee relationships with external legal counsel.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations.
• Support HR and Finance Teams on legal matters.
• Work in a remote-first model with weekly office attendance.

Requirements

• LLB degree or US JD and license to practice law in Israel.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial law.
• In-depth knowledge of technology and SaaS-related laws.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law.
• High level of professional English.
• Ability to think strategically and operate hands-on.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in a startup is an advantage.
• Experience in the SaaS space is a major plus.
