Senior Legal Counsel - Remote

Overview

As Senior Legal Counsel in the commercial legal team at Sophos, you will provide expert and timely legal guidance on a wide range of commercial matters, including negotiating and drafting contracts.

• Provide legal support and advice to a growing cybersecurity business.
• Negotiate supplier, customer, and channel agreements globally.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate.
• Minimum of 8 years of commercial legal experience.
• At least 5 years in an in-house counsel role, ideally in IT.
• Expertise in contract law and commercial transactions.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
