• Handle portfolio of arbitration and other dispute matters in collaboration with outside counsel.
• Anticipate and address legal, business, and regulatory challenges.
• Provide risk-based legal, regulatory, and strategic advice to product, business, and engineering teams.
• Offer thought leadership on emerging web3 and blockchain legal issues.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant U.S. and international laws and regulations.
• Supervise outside counsel efficiently on high-profile and complex matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; member of a U.S. state bar in good standing.
• 5–8 years of legal practice experience, including law firm and litigation experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Personal interest in web3 and crypto.
