Senior Healthcare Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Healthcare Analyst will work remotely and is responsible for supporting Cecelia Health’s customer, operational, and thought leadership needs by developing and maintaining standardized and customized analytics.

In Short

• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data.
• Design analytics approaches and deliver findings to customers.
• Identify customer analytics needs and reporting requirements.
• Support analytics platform training and day-to-day needs.
• Perform data quality reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Mine customer-specific data for trends and opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Participate in product improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare business analysis.
• Knowledge of healthcare data types and analysis.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data management.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Expertise in applying statistical methods to business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and intellectually curious.
