• Provide intensive nutrition counseling and weight management education to patients.
• Work remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Collaborate with team physicians for comprehensive care.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques.
• Conduct remote patient monitoring.

• Support patients with dosing of anti-obesity medications.
• Present online webinars as needed.
• Meet program metrics while maintaining care standards.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Must reside in Hawaii.
• Certification as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) is preferred.
• Experience with anti-obesity medications is preferred.
• Proficient in motivational interviewing techniques.
• Must have a private home office with high-speed internet.
• Comfortable with advanced technology and electronic medical records.
• Flexible schedule with a commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere.
