Senior Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Senior Counsel will lead legal support for complex capital markets and financing transactions, advise on corporate governance matters, and manage legal compliance with federal and state securities laws while working remotely.

Requirements

• J.D. from a U.S. accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4-8 years of experience in law firms or in-house departments.
• Extensive experience with capital markets and corporate transactions.
• Experience with corporate governance and publicly traded companies.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced workload across multiple projects.
• Self-starter with project ownership and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
