Senior Quality Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Quality Engineer will handle escalations for customers, create dashboards and reports, and work closely with product teams to improve product quality and customer experience.

In Short

• Serve in a high-value, high-visibility role handling escalations for customers.
• Create MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and applications.
• Provide feedback to MicroStrategy Product teams based on customer input.
• Report product/customer defects and user stories.
• Work with Product Managers and Owners on product roadmap issues.
• Specify quality requirements of the MicroStrategy product.
• Monitor performance, scalability, and reliability of the product.
• Telecommuting is an option.
• Some travel to Tysons Corner, VA office is required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• One year of experience in the job offered or related field.
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, Python, MySQL, and R.
• Experience with Reporting and Data Analytics.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
