Senior Quality Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the process.
• Leading quality initiatives and driving test automation practices.
• Developing and maintaining automated tests for web and mobile.
• Creating new architectural functionality for automated test creation.
• Implementing CI changes and debugging tests.
• Identifying improvements to quality processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Participating in code reviews and sharing expertise.
• Driving standards and best practices around test automation.
• Continuously evaluating innovative testing approaches.
• Taking ownership of end-to-end test strategies.

Requirements

• Strong alignment with company values.
• Proficient in English at CEFR Level C2.
• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Proven track record of implementing technical projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or WebdriverIO.
• High proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with CI tools (BuildKite).
• Ability to deliver quality quickly in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong technical judgment and understanding of quality best practices.
• Proactive approach to quality with a “shift-left” mindset.
• Interest in AI-driven testing approaches.
• Natural curiosity and attention to detail.
