In Short

• Play an integral part in the validation and quality assurance of site equipment, utilities, and processes.
• Review, update, and maintain existing quality management processes and procedures.
• Initiate non-conformances/CAPAs and complete investigations as required.
• Plan, implement, and manage compliance of manufacturing and production processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs to enhance manufacturing, quality, safety, and training systems.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, such as defect rates and process capability.
• Perform risk management activities to ensure the safety and effectiveness of products.
• Lead risk management, validation, sample size, and external standards review and implementation activities.
• Assure compliance with in-house and/or external specifications and standards.
• Communicate regularly with peers and management regarding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience.
• Critical thinking, solid decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database applications.
• QA experience in process and equipment validation is desirable but not essential.
