The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage MicroStrategy's large Enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS products and technology industry.
  • Proficiency in customer success management tools and CRM software.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English.
