Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Katana Cloud Inventory, you will be responsible for driving product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth across a high-volume portfolio of SMB manufacturing customers.

  • Data-informed approach using success metrics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume SMB portfolios.
  • Experience in driving account expansion.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Data-informed approach with experience using success metrics.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and BI platforms.
