As a Full Stack Engineer at Katana, you won’t just write code — you’ll shape the future of decentralized finance. We're looking for a seasoned builder with both frontend finesse and backend backbone to help bring our Core and Composable Apps to life.

In Short

• Architect, develop, and maintain powerful web applications integrated with Katana’s cutting-edge Layer 2 blockchain infrastructure.
• Create beautiful, responsive interfaces that simplify complex DeFi concepts for real-world users.
• Develop robust backend systems and APIs that interact with smart contracts and manage blockchain data.
• Collaborate closely with protocol and smart contract engineers.
• Optimize data pipelines and application performance.
• Implement wallet connections, authentication flows, and security best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in DeFi and web3.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
• 4+ years hands-on with blockchain protocols and web3 dev tools.
• Deep expertise with modern JS frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Comfortable with Node.js, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Fluent in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Able to read Solidity and understand core blockchain concepts.
• Proven success in agile teams.
