The Senior Customer Success Manager at Relo Metrics will focus on helping clients achieve their business goals and ensuring they recognize ongoing value from their investment in our products.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years’ experience in account management
  • Experience in the sponsorship/partnership industry preferred
  • Proven experience in growing revenue streams
  • Professional experience in client engagement
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
