Overview

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Restaurant365, you will manage long-term customer relationships and ensure high levels of service and product adoption for strategic customers in the restaurant industry.

  • Ensure customer success post-onboarding with product knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales for growth opportunities.
  • Track key client metrics like usage and satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain Salesforce and Gainsight records.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or restaurant hospitality.
  • Experience with Restaurant 365 software.
  • Ability to travel 15% of the time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and professional presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Technical aptitude for cross-platform communication.
