Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success role.
• Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive execution and ownership skills.
• Experience with customer success tools.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management.
• Core working hours: PT - ET hours.
