Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success to lead the Global Source to Contract team, driving customer satisfaction, product adoption and loyalty while providing coaching and mentoring to a team of Customer Success Managers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience within procurement.
• 3-5 years’ management experience.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional IQ.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex models.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• Proactive and self-driven with strong work ethic.
