Overview

The Payroll Application Support Consultant will provide professional, efficient, and effective support services to Unit4 customers, resolving support cases and completing various tasks to enhance customer experience.

• Investigate, document, and resolve application problems.
• Progress issues to conclusion while liaising with colleagues.
• Process support cases adhering to Service Level Guidelines.
• Handle customer escalations and take ownership of issues.
• Identify service improvement opportunities.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing activities.
• Experience with clock-in devices is advantageous.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer-facing skills.
• Experience in HRIS/HCM/Payroll, especially Singapore Payroll.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Friendly and professional manner.
• Initiative and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar is advantageous.
• ITIL knowledge and common knowledge of SQL.
