Senior Application Support Consultant - L1 APAC - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Consultant to support our customer base in Australia, New-Zealand and Asia-Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and ERP systems, particularly Acumatica and Sage Intacct.

In Short

• Provide first level direct support to partners and customers.
• Troubleshoot and analyze application-related issues.
• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
• Analyze customer's business and technical requirements.
• Provide continuing education on Velixo products.
• Manage client technical service requests.
• Communicate proactively with accounts.
• Share best practices with team members.
• Participate in team projects to expand support offerings.
• Create Knowledge Base articles for repetitive issues.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with IT systems and networks.
• College Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in account management or service support.
• Ability to deliver quality service remotely.
• Comfortable troubleshooting software and IT-related problems.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Must work well in a team environment.
