Senior Application Consultant, D365 CRM - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Application Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Anthology’s Reach and Raise products and your customer service skills to provide valuable consulting services to our customers.

In Short

• Serve as the primary customer contact for service delivery needs.
• Understand customer business objectives and manage service delivery expectations.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the Application Administrator and Subject Matter Expert for Anthology Reach and Raise products.
• Configure, integrate, and develop business solutions.
• Assist in translating concepts and requests to written requirements.
• Provide problem resolution for end users.
• Recommend system configurations and propose business solutions.
• Develop and implement plans for quality assurance testing.
• Evaluate upcoming Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with MS SQL Server scripting or building SSIS packages.
• Power Platform experience (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with HTML and JavaScript is a plus.
