Overview

The VP of Revenue Marketing owns the pipeline engine, responsible for demand generation, digital marketing, field marketing across North America and international markets, and industry events.

  • Own the full demand generation motion including paid search, display, programmatic, SEO, and generative engine optimization.
  • Define the content strategy and manage agency relationships.
  • Focus on building AI-native systems and workflows.
  • Own web strategy and conversion optimization.
  • Manage field marketing coverage across North America and international territories.
  • Lead pipeline contribution models for industry events.
  • Raise AI fluency across the marketing function.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales organization on lead quality.
  • Work with a lean team designed for leverage, not volume.
  • Direct line of sight to the CMO and ownership over pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience building AI-native workflows and campaigns.
  • Proven track record in demand generation with accountability for pipeline numbers.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Ability to build content and SEO infrastructure.
  • Experience with analytics and attribution tooling.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • High agency, adaptive learning, clear communication.
  • Experience in managing agency relationships and holding them accountable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Experience in raising AI fluency in teams.
