About the role:

We’re looking for an exceptional, results-driven VP, Revenue Marketing to build and scale mission-critical programs, from sales development to demand generation to events. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and you’ll collaborate closely across our Marketing, Sales, and CS to drive pipeline, improve win rates, and accelerate deal cycles.

This is your chance to lead the revenue marketing strategy at one of the fastest-growing AI companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the pipeline number, and the strategy and execution of marketing programs that drive pipeline generation including: sales development, web, demand generation, and field marketing and events
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and bookings in close partnership with executive leadership, revenue operations, and finance
  • Develop the team through scalable onboarding and enablement programs to ensure efficiency improves as we continue to scale
  • Support global expansion into new territories, including market strategy, advertising, and webinars
  • Everything above and more to help contribute to the team’s main goal of maximizing qualified opportunities and building our brand

Qualifications We Value:

  • At least 10 years of revenue marketing experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business
  • 8+ years of experience directly managing and growing a marketing team
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings
  • Ability to optimize and analyze performance to revenue results

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, variable, equity, and a variety of benefits. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
