In Short

• Design and deliver AI conversation models for contact center agents.
• Manage complex AI delivery engagements from discovery to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Translate business objectives into scalable conversational AI solutions.
• Lead model maintenance and performance tuning efforts.
• Deliver training programs to empower customers in AI model design.
• Design virtual agent solutions using various architectures.
• Contribute to best practices and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for alignment across stakeholders.
• Project management experience with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to independently manage deliverables and timelines.
• 2+ years in conversational design or conversational AI.
• Experience presenting solutions to customer stakeholders.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers in implementation roles.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.
• Background in Linguistics is preferred.
• Experience with prompt engineering is preferred.
• Experience with Dialogflow CX is preferred.
