Conversation Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Conversation Designer at Replicant, you will play a key role in delivering great conversations in AI Agents, ensuring high-quality user experiences and driving conversation design and implementation.

In Short

• Own conversation design for AI Agents to achieve seamless, intuitive interactions.
• Work directly with customers to identify their needs and craft solutions.
• Utilize Replicant's platform to build and refine AI Agents.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Engagement Managers to exceed customer expectations.
• Develop intent taxonomies to enhance Natural Language Understanding performance.
• Measure and improve conversational outcomes using analytics tools.
• Contribute to best practices through data-driven experimentation.
• Engage with Product teams to integrate new features into AI Agents.

Requirements

• Experience with self-service automation technologies and API integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong design sense and customer empathy.
• Ability to prioritize caller experiences.
• Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Tableau, Looker, PowerBI; knowledge of SQL or R/Python is a bonus.
• 2-3 years of experience designing AI-based experiences.
• BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Linguistics, or related field.
