Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading remote software engineering teams.
• Experience in driving execution of high-value projects.
• Strong background in delivering foundational services.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Passion for data-driven leadership and product decisions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to increase team velocity and satisfaction.
