We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to build and lead a high-performing team focused on cloud infrastructure and operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor a team of Infrastructure Engineers specializing in AWS.

Requirements

• B.S. or Master in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure engineering with a focus on cloud technologies.
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team.
• Extensive experience with AWS, IaC, and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Networking.
• Experience with internationally distributed teams.
• Prior experience as a software engineer or architect.
• Experience collaborating with Security, Architecture, and Product Engineers.
• Action-oriented and result-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
