• Lead a small, high-performing team building a partner-facing analytics and referral platform on Ronin.
• Drive the roadmap, raise the technical bar, and ship 0→1 products.
• Coach engineers while contributing to designs and critical reviews.
• Define the roadmap and deliver measurable impact for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Set a high quality bar and hire exceptional talent.
• Contribute to system design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and BD across time zones.
• Architect for scale and ensure robust CI/CD, SLOs, and incident response.
• Champion security and web3 best practices.
• Foster exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 7+ years building software products; 2+ years leading engineers.
• Track record shipping 0→1 products with clear KPIs.
• Technical depth in modern web stacks and API design.
• Operational excellence with cloud services and CI/CD.
• Web3 literacy and understanding of on-chain data.
• Exceptional communication skills across remote teams.
