The Head of People Operations is responsible for leading the design and implementation of programs and systems that support employees at every stage of their journey within Sky Mavis, a pioneer in the blockchain gaming industry.

• Strong communicator with C-suite stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Web3 or gaming sectors is a plus.
• High-integrity leadership style that empowers others.
