Head of Operations - Remote

Overview

You will lead the day-to-day operations of a climate-tech start-up focused on building a sustainable network for green refuelling and recharging in Europe.

In Short

• Lead daily operations managing legal, admin, and internal processes.
• Serve as a key contact for external stakeholders.
• Support the CEO and CTO in operational tasks.
• Coordinate with legal and financial advisors for compliance.
• Oversee compliance and risk management processes.
• Manage the operational go-live of the company’s product.
• Oversee lifecycle of commercial contracts with partners.
• Support business development in the DACH market.
• Work closely with a technical team to grow operations sustainably.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in operations or project management.
• Fluency in German, Italian, and English.
• Experience with traditional industries like logistics.
• Hands-on, execution-first mentality.
• Proactive and adaptable with initiative-taking skills.
• Strategic mindset with attention to daily priorities.
• Values honesty, transparency, and accountability.
• Ability to operate in Central European timezone.
• Genuine interest in green energy and logistics innovation.
