Overview

As the Sales Enablement Manager - Enterprise, you’ll be responsible for accelerating the ramp and performance of Cresta’s growing Enterprise Account Executive team through coaching, training, and enablement programs.

In Short

  • 3+ years in Sales or related roles in B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales needs.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales motion.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Deep empathy for sellers and a passion for their success.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with modern enablement tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Challenger.
