In Short

• Own and evolve People & Recruiting systems ecosystem.
• Execute employee life cycle events across HR systems.
• Refine and document standard operating procedures.
• Subject matter expert for HRIS architecture and integrations.
• Drive implementation of new People technology.
• Design and optimize workflow management tools.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across all People systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams.
• Support global compliance and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HRIS roles.
• Hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and data governance.
• Experience leading technology implementations end-to-end.
• Strong analytical capability; comfortable building dashboards.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment standards.
• Highly organized with strong documentation discipline.
• Thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership.
