• Partner with leadership to ensure the design team has the necessary support.
• Hold regular 1:1s with designers to understand their challenges and engagement levels.
• Design and improve operational processes across the design team.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations or HR Business Partnering.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments is a plus.
• Experience with new tools or systems, especially AI or automation.
• Prior experience supporting remote teams.
