As part of our People Support team we’re looking for a People Operations Partner (POP) who’s ready to embrace opportunities to learn, build, and transform the way veterinary care works.

• Support payroll and workers' compensation administration.
• Manage the immigration process for foreign national employees.
• Optimize HRIS systems for data integrity and efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive general HR support.
• Contribute to a collaborative and effective team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in payroll support or benefits management is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of HR best practices.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or veterinary care.
• PHR certification or SHRM preferred.
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Google Suite is a plus.
