  • Drive culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement and enhance programs across employee experience and performance management.
  • Design and manage employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee employee offboarding and new hire onboarding.
  • Lead performance management and career development initiatives.
  • Analyze employee feedback to improve programs.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Support change management for HR operational changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of People Operations experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Familiarity with global HCM platforms, preferably Workday.
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Confluence and JIRA.
