In Short

• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being.
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information.
• Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance.
• Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology.
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests.
• Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video.
• Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems.

Requirements

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms.
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate medical information clearly.
• Adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Independent worker who manages priorities and tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Continuous learner with a curiosity-driven mindset eager to grow professionally.
• Dedicated work environment with a quiet, distraction-free space.
• Meets internet requirements: >100mb_down, >100mb_up, <10ms latency.
• Comfortable sitting and standing at a computer for extended periods.
