Applications Consultant - Remote

Overview

Symmetrio is seeking an Applications Consultant for our client, an industry leader in oncology-focused medical device solutions. This role involves managing training and technical support for advanced radiotherapy products, including image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), surface-guided radiation therapy (SGRT), and specialized treatment planning software. As an Applications Consultant, you will travel extensively within your designated territory to deliver hands-on expertise, maximize product utilization, and provide tailored support to a range of healthcare professionals—including radiation oncologists, neurosurgeons, medical physicists, radiation therapists, dosimetrists, and healthcare administrators.

In Short

• Maximize product usage within the existing customer base.
• Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute system upgrades.
• Track clinical usage and provide regular updates to account managers.
• Conduct on-site applications training and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Visit all assigned radiotherapy accounts regularly.
• Lead software updates and assist with regional marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical expert.
• Establish strong professional relationships with radiotherapy users.
• Coordinate training sessions and pre-sales training for potential customers.

Requirements
