Applications and Workflow Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Applications and Workflow Consultant will deliver a range of clinical and technical services and expertise to Intelerad’s new and existing clients, ensuring successful project delivery and value-driven results through efficient workflow design.

In Short

• Configure, test and troubleshoot Intelerad’s software solutions.
• Assist clients with configuration and testing sessions.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for integration.
• Verify internal integrations and assist with workflow testing.
• Identify opportunities to optimize client workflows.
• Support customers during product implementation.
• Document installations and resolve outstanding issues.
• Stay current on Intelerad’s software and solutions.
• Promote teamwork and good communication.
• Participate in necessary projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.
• Clinical Cardiology or Radiology experience.
• Experience in Radiology or Cardiology software implementation.
• Familiarity with DICOM and HL7 standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid passport and driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance.
