Enterprise Application Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Consultant for a project-based role to participate in the implementation and optimization of a Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) solution aimed at streamlining and harmonizing communication and collaboration technologies across the organization.

In Short

• Assess existing communication and collaboration infrastructure and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement UCC solutions using platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and others.
• Lead the configuration and deployment of UCC systems to meet specific business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership on UCC-related projects.
• Analyze business processes and recommend optimizations for UCC tools.
• Identify and resolve issues with applications.
• Configure and migrate enterprise applications (on-prem and SaaS).
• Customize UCC platforms to fit different organizational departments.
• Develop automated workflows between collaboration platforms.
• Implement strategies to improve user experience and adoption rates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing and deploying Enterprise Applications.
• In-depth experience with Google Workspace solutions.
• Experience with Google Admin Console.
• Proven experience configuring and administering Slack workspaces.
• Experience managing and deploying Microsoft SharePoint.
• Expertise in migrating data from other document management systems.
• Knowledge of configuring and managing SharePoint.
• Experience implementing security policies for UCC platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze complex communication workflows.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
