Recursion is at the forefront of reimagining drug discovery through the integration of automated cell biology, high-dimensional and diverse data sets, and sophisticated analytics. We are seeking a contract Clinical Scientist who can oversee all clinical aspects of a Phase I clinical trial.

• Oversee all clinical aspects of a Phase I clinical trial.
• Plan and author clinical deliverables including protocols and amendments.
• Engage in routine medical monitoring and site interaction.
• Review and clean data, identifying trends or inconsistencies.
• Present data to management and conduct Site Initiation Visits.
• Support multiple early-phase studies simultaneously.
• Collaborate with dynamic teams across various disciplines.
• Drive quality of study data through effective monitoring.
• Manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Communicate effectively on project planning and progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Clinical Scientist.
• Phase 1 oncology experience required.
• Authoring experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.
• Strategic and tactical operational skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
