Clinical Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

Freenome is a high-growth biotech company developing tests to detect cancer using a standard blood draw. The Clinical Data Scientist will help grow the Clinical Data Science team and will have a significant impact on the organization dedicated to changing the landscape of cancer.

In Short

• Clean, organize, and ingest clinical data from clinical studies.
• Design and implement clinical informatics tools and solutions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of metadata associated with patient samples.
• Analyze clinical data to monitor enrollment and data collection.
• Report on data to support research study design.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to improve data organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in clinical informatics, bioinformatics, data science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s, or a PhD.
• Experience processing and analyzing data in clinical research.
• Proficiency in R or Python, and familiarity with SQL.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Base salary range of $118,150.00 - $180,500.00.
