Overview

As the Director of Commercial Learning and Development at Freenome, you will be responsible for developing and delivering commercial training content, ensuring the sales team effectively communicates the value of our technology to save patient lives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years in training, sales, and sales management in biotech or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience in curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of the global healthcare landscape.
• Outstanding oral presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and coach a high-performing team.
• Advanced knowledge of learning management systems and CRMs.
