Senior Director of Commercial Learning & Development - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director of Commercial Learning & Development is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing training needs for Arvinas’ US commercial team, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to launch and maximize the commercial value of vepdegestrant in breast cancer.

Requirements

• 12+ years of bio/pharmaceutical experience required.
• 5+ years in US Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Training.
• U.S. launch experience preferred.
• Oncology and sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to travel for internal meetings.
• Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude.
• Must work without the need for VISA sponsorship.
• Ability to engage in remote communication and collaboration.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
