Overview

The Learning and Development (L&D) Director plays a strategic role in designing, implementing, and managing programs that enhance employee skills, performance, and career development, ensuring the organization has a skilled and adaptable workforce.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Experience facilitating training programs.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems.
