Overview

The Sales Account Manager will work with decision makers and stakeholders in US State, Local, and Federal agencies to actively seek new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.

In Short

  • Plan and lead sales growth in new and underserved accounts.
  • Develop and maintain account plans aligned with sales strategies.
  • Manage State, Local, and Federal procurement processes.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives and build a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Communicate technical understanding of offerings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in SLED and Federal Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with follow-up skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with sales techniques and tools.
  • Previous experience with Law Enforcement and Cyber Investigations.
  • US Citizenship required.
