Overview

The Sales Manager - ROCA will drive the growth of intelligence, cyber, and investigative solutions within governmental institutions in the LATAM region, focusing on defense and law enforcement markets.

In Short

  • Develop and manage regional sales plans to meet annual quotas.
  • Lead new business development strategies to identify and close opportunities.
  • Establish and manage partnerships, channels, and regional programs.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key customers.
  • Design and implement marketing and sales strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Frequent travel across the region (up to 75%).

Requirements

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Proven experience in B2G sales, preferably in security technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of sales experience with governmental customers.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Successful track record in selling complex security solutions.
  • Experience in both direct and indirect sales.
  • Familiarity with governmental buying processes.
