Ratehub is a unique Canadian Fintech on a mission to help Canadians make better financial choices. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Partnerships Team, with opportunities for remote work.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including identifying and closing sales opportunities.
  • Sell and onboard new lead and media partners.
  • Achieve quotas for lead generation and upselling existing partners.
  • Identify new growth areas through product innovation and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team and Business Unit Managers to meet client needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and company solutions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide data-driven reports to partners.
  • Ensure client experience remains a priority and SLAs are met.
  • Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and account management.
  • 1+ year of proven sales results in the Financial Industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ownership mentality.
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities within mature accounts.
  • Effective communication skills for presentations to clients and leadership.
  • High level of integrity in client commitments.
  • Collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach.
