Ratehub Inc. is a Canadian Fintech company focused on helping consumers make better financial choices. We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Broker to join our Insurance team in Alberta, in a fully remote role.

In Short

• Provide quality customer service and professional expert advice to clients.
• Conduct renewal reviews to ensure customer retention targets are met.
• Handle outbound calls to existing clients for renewal review as necessary.
• Liaison with insurers, building and maintaining relationships.
• Administer and complete policy changes within partner portals.
• Review policies and make recommendations as required.
• Adhere to underwriting criteria set by broker partners.
• Coordinate and follow up on client documents.
• Respond to incoming calls and service customer needs.
• Provide claims advice to clients and follow up on claims.

Requirements

• RIBO license required.
• Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience.
• Independent, ambitious, and competitive.
