Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Broker to join our Insurance team at Ratehub Inc., a leading Canadian Fintech company dedicated to helping Canadians make informed financial choices.

In Short

  • Provide quality customer service and expert advice to clients.
  • Conduct renewal reviews to meet customer retention targets.
  • Handle outbound calls for renewal reviews.
  • Liaise with insurers and maintain relationships.
  • Administer policy changes within partner portals.
  • Review policies and make recommendations.
  • Adhere to underwriting criteria set by broker partners.
  • Coordinate and follow up on client documents.
  • Respond to incoming calls to service customer needs.
  • Provide claims advice and follow up on claims.

Requirements

  • Alberta level 1 licence required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of insurance experience.
  • Independent, ambitious, and competitive.
